The Constitution for America

Preamble

We, the people of America, choose to establish a framework for a national government that will most likely ensure our safety and happiness. We are determined to continue the founding principles of America established by the settlers in America and articulated by the posterity of the settlers that were vested with a tenancy in common interest at the Declaration of Independence. Americans that are free of subjugation to any government and vested with a tenancy in common interest upon entering a society with civil discourse choose to form a constituency of independent people. The constituency of independent people in the sovereign nation of America want to empower a government responsive to the constituency's desire to maintain a safe, prosperous, and well maintained society in America. The constituency of the sovereign nation of America wants to delegate limited authority to a governmental organization that will provide the public with the services necessary to ensure the safety and happiness of the autonomous people of America, enable a process for the administration of prudent justice, implement an effective strategy for the defense of America against foreign and domestic enemies, secure the border to maintain the jurisdiction of the sovereign nation of America, and yield a desirable inheritance to the posterity of the former subjects of a usurper that put their lives and property at risk to free themselves from tyranny and oppression.

The settlers of America, destined by Divine Providence and chartered by a sovereign that claimed North America as a possession of a foreign power, were granted privileges and immunity to establish dominion in America and procure the resources of America. Conflicting land claims in America were resolved by treaty or extinguished pursuant to the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God in the jurisdiction presided over by the Supreme Judge of the world. At the Founding of America, we dismissed a usurper and proclaimed an end to subjugation with a formal declaration of independence. The usurper and the supporters of subjugation were divested of the social contract administered by the constituent members of the sovereign nation of America. The constituent members of the sovereign nation of America establish and ordain the supreme law of the land at will. Constitutional law, confederate law, or law enacted by any government is vacated when there is a conflict with law the independent people of America ordain to benefit themselves and their posterity in the jurisdiction of the sovereign nation of America. The constituent members of the sovereign nation of America unilaterally articulate law superior to existing law in the pursuit of happiness. We, the independent people of America, consent to the establishment and ordination of the Constitution for America to benefit the people of America and their posterity in the jurisdiction of the sovereign nation of America.
